Had letter confirming pre op assessment for OH today - verbally booked for the 20th Jan - the letter said 13th Jan - phoned up to point out their mistake and was told, no it says 13th! - Well of course it does because the idiot who input on the computer put the wrong date. Since when did 13th sound like 20th!
Eventually they relented and rebooked - mentioned the upcoming strike and got no response at all!!!!
