The Good thing is the new plastic notes don't need ironing.

Shrivel in the tumble dryer though. Much safer to stick with gold.

We have the RAF Eurofighters training over us today and for a few more days. Trouble is ,with this cloud cover, I can not see them, they are at 10000ft so just can hear them.

Here's a conundrum. Meeting Mr & Mrs Towny for a drink/coffee whatever in Madeira next month. My round (apparently I offered and I will be expecting to provide photographic evidence of the moment for the doubters). So do I take the exact right amount of cash with me in my hand, or if I take my wallet do I ask them to turn away so they don't see the combination when I unlock it?

Tell John to bring his camera with a telephoto lense and a state of the art flash gun for that black hole you call a pocket. Photo copies not accepted
As for seeing the combinations of you twenty five locks I don’t think they’re in port that long.

Sounds as though it might be less stressful for you if we share the bill.

Temperature at 23.00 last night 11c, today 10c but rain. All this warm wet weather, I'll soon need a combine to cut the lawns.
Don't worry, be happy
