Forum Upgrade (part 2)

Haven't had a chance to try my Android devices, but does this upgrade get rid of the annoying Tapatalk screen that keeps appearing?

I haven't tried it but this version should not need Tapatalk - unless you want to use it for convenience

Really struggling with text colour.......is it blue? If so that aint a good colour if you are colour blind

Try one of the other styles

some forums (fora?) let you upload direct, not via a piccie host - by clicking browse which takes you to 'My Pictures'.

You should be able to do this.

When posting (new topic or reply) at the bottom there is a tab "Attachments" from where you can insert photos (or other files)

I just tried it but kept getting an error message saying the file is too big so I presume when using the Browse option you still need to resize. What size is everybody using?

Using the site with my desktop PC I can click on the 'Home' icon of the forum and then access the sub menus, but not on my iPad. I click on the 'Board Index' icon which is the equivalent and the 'Forum' drop down menu appears and that's all, no sub menus.

There should br a block with three lines on it - click on that and all will be revealed - it is designed like that so that it can work with all types of devices

The trouble with the block option on the iPad is it doesn't take you directly to any of the pages.

I made the longest side 500 Foxy and it accepted that.

Click on your name, top right and then select ' User Control Panel '.

Then click on Board Preferences and part way down there is a choice re styles.
