I think that's for run-flats. Usually it's something like 50mph limit for space-savers.

But if you use the foam, it renders the tyre unrepairable - so you need to replace it (and you need a new can of the 'gunk', which can cost up to £40.) An expensive option compared with a simple 'repair and balance' job!

Has anybody ever used the foam and had a workable result? I couldn't get it to work even on the jockey wheel of my caravan.
