Morning Pinchers,

I have to admit l wasn't looking forward to this mornings weigh in as having weighed myself during the week further weight loss loss didnt look good. At one weigh in it showed that l had put on 2lbs. Ah well, alls well that ends well and l have weighed in at the same weight as l did last week so that has to be a result in my book.

Still 7 lbs to go and like others have said the last few lbs are definitely the hardest to shift.

Sunday roast today then its back to a "must try harder week" of mind oover body intake.

Stay strong pinchers and remember....." grape and grain increases the strain"

Will be back later to award the coveted celery stick.

Regards

Keith

Been off diet from 9th March to 30th March. Got weighed 31st March to find I hadn't put on any weight. Very surprising. Got weighed today and although I'd cheated a couple of times (my chocolate addiction) I have managed to lose another 2lb this week. That's 1 stone 3lb down since 20th January.

Well done, Susan. Sometimes a little break helps. Glad to see you didn't put any weight on during your 'off diet period'.

I had to make a trip to the dreaded dentist as I had chipped a tooth. After the injection and filling I just didn't feel like any lunch. Just eaten my lunch salad for dinner so hopefully a good start for this week.

Thanks for the floppy celery stick.

Hi RB,

It takes a lot of determination to lose that amount of weight so a big well done from me too.

Btw.....your not supposed to eat the celery you're supposed to frame it :)

Good morning pinchers.

Well we are fast approching another weigh in so hope you've all been good.

It hasn't been an easy week for me as my back has been playing me up again so l have been less moble than l would otherwise have been, nethertheless l am still on target to lose a lb if l can last out till Sundays weigh in.

Just wondering if any of my pinchers have noticed any taste changes since going on your diets? I was never a geat coffee drinker but since going on my diet l drink more coffee now than l do tea. Indeed l love nothing more than a nice cappuccino. Although a little heavy on the calories l came across "Nescafe Skinny" which only contains 54 calories per mug and doesn't compromise on taste of that of the higher calorie cappuccino coffee.

Well it'll soon be time for my Ryvita with cottage cheese which should set me up nicely for the lamb hot pot l'm about to prepare for tonight :D

Stay strong pinchers and remember.... "too much filo put on a kilo"

I've been very good all week and haven't touched a drop of the 'red stuff' I'm afraid that is my downfall

Keefy maybe you are enjoying coffee more because you see it as a bit of a treat I think the Nescafe drinks are quite sweet ( probably because I drink my coffee black and quite strong ) so they could be satisfying a craving without it being high in calories which is good ... I don't think you are meant to have 10 a day though

Hi Jo,

l think there is some truth in what you say but its not the cappuccino l'm worried about its the 6 sweetners per cup that could be the bigger problem
