After 24 hours of worry and a really worrying situation we have a granddaughter, so I'll be busy playing Granny. Hopefully they'll be able to start thinking of going home and we'll be there to help.

Don't want choccies etc for easter - just time with my pretty little angel.

What a wonderful Easter present and far nicer than any Easter Egg.

Congratulations on your new granddaughter, Boris.

Thanks Janis and Maureen - I won't be a nuisance when she gets home, but it will be lovely to be able to help.

Hi Sue and Andrea,

I gather that now various wires and drips are disappearing one by one, so maybe we'll get to see a bit more of Amelia Jane today.

Congratulations Boris, a lovely name too.

We hope to be on Oceana crossing the BoB this weekend. I bought two Easter Eggs, one for our grandson and one for his Mummy (Our daughter); to stop her from sneaking nibbles of his egg!

She can try and bankrupt me - but she'll be a blasted long time at it!

Anyway, I'm not going to highjack Graham's thread, so I'll start a proper one of my own ......

I have just heard that the one thing my grandaughter wants at the moment is an Elsa costume - from the Disney movie "Frozen" - no I'd never heard of it either! Well these costumes don't seem to be available at the moment unless for an horrendous amount of money on eBay - so Grandaughter is getting a small sheep shaped bag with small Easter Eggs in it! When I was little I remember an egg that had a sugar flower motive on the front and the two halves opened to reveal a selection of chocolates inside - no cellophane bag or anything - just the chocolates. Now they seem to come with bars of chocolate all sorts of things but not properly inside the egg - ok I'm showing my age!

Happy Easter, especially to you Em, and your lovely Amelia Jane!

Carole
