Nigel Farage

Unread post by Ray Scully »

Outwith his politics, he would make a good table companion on a cruise, as well as being the life and soul of our village pub.
However, I do class him as a lovable rogue. I wouldn't lend such characters money, get them to do any work for me or trust them with my wife or daughter (if I had one) But I must say that it is characters such as Nige that make life so interesting and pleasing.

It does appear that Mr Nigel Farage has seriously rattled our mighty Government's golden cages somewhat

I was more than surprised and slightly bewildered by the support he got in the recent elections

I personally believe that our current leaders have lead the great British gentlefolk into a bit of a sticky bog, it must be the worst "snouts in trough" House of Commons/Lords ever

Well - it's a different voting system to the GE, and remember only about 32% of the population voted, and so he got about 10% of the vote?

The real game to play for is the GE in 2015 - and surely voters will think twice about voting for this man - his part haven't any real experience behind them I'm told.

He certainly appears to have more personality than any of the other Leaders, although Caroline Lucas seemed to have a decent personality, but she is no longer the leader.

Em, The Lib Dems have no experience of running a country either but they are 'assisting' the Conservatives.

Maybe not for much longer it seems - however I thought they did with Lloyd George.
