For me it's The West Wing. I didn't watch it when it was originally on tv and a friend suggested I might find it interesting so I sent for the first series and before I was half way through I was hooked and ordered the complete box set. I think the dialogue is very clever - and find it interesting that there are several references during the series about correct English grammar! I will admit to now having watched it all through - 7 CDs - more than once - well more than twice actually! It has taught me quite a lot about American politics - I know some people wouldn't be interested but I am and the acting in the series and the humour in the dialogue is brilliant!
