Southampton Roadworks

What is the latest situation around Dock Gate 4 with roadworks. Approaching from the west do you still go around the park or have they got the dual carriageway in that area up and running?
Does anybody have any news?

In May this year the new Gate 4 in and Gate 5 out were in operation, although there were still some road works on pavements, lights being completed. There is no more going around the park.

It was a bit of a performance getting to Dock Gate 4 the last time we were in Southampton, although coming out of Dock Gate 5 was much improved. Various dates had been suggested for completion, the latest being 2015 and there is little information of how the works are progressing on the web so I was wondering how work was progressing. Thankfully we don't have the park to contend with (fine if you know where you are going).

I went past it on the bus yesterday and there was hardly any traffic, but no cruise ships in either. It was two-way outside the gates.
