Our scales are excellent, my weight never fluctuates since I put a sticker over the display that now always reads **St **ibs

Welcome back, Keefy. So pleased you enjoyed your cruise. Stephen has done a magnificent job with motivational speeches in your absence but we have missed your encouragement. It sounds like we will all have to encourage you now. Looking forward to a cruise review. Maureen.

Thanks, Jo!

Sorry, Mo, but you should know from your school days that energy is never lost, it rematerialises somewhere else in another form ;)

Feeling Ashamed. I have put 2lbs on this week. I was on track to meet target of 10 stone by next Friday but now have 5 lbs to lose so no chance.

Hope everyone has had a better week.

Oh what a shame Sue but you could still take half of that off before Friday, I always find the week before I go I am dashing around that much that I do tend to lose a few pounds.

Have a great cruise

How frustrating for you Sue but like Jo said you may well shift a bit more weight this week. Anyway, just enjoy your cruise and start again when you come back.

Smug; still going down slowly, and now 8lbs below the post Adonia weight; despite a superb lunch at Splinters Christchurch, yesterday.

Good morning pinchers,

Thanks for the welcome home messages it's great to be back .... :(

Jumping on the scales Tuesday morning nearly brought tears to my eyes, however l'm feeling more like my old self now...well l would do wouldn't l having put on 11lbs.

I've just finished catching up with past posts which has cheered me up somewhat knowing most of my pinchers have stayed strong and haven't sucumed to too much temptation ( Sue, l cant promise we will lose 5 lbs, but 3lbs is within our reach....come on we can do it)

Well l've done it before so l'm confident l can do it again so with this in mind l'll be starting my new diet starting tomorrow with the intention of getting back to my previous target weight of 11st 10lbs. On that note new members welcome, and you'll be pleased to hear that l've waived the signing on fee yet again.

Stay strong pinchers and once again well done for sticking with it..

Together we 'will' succeed

DK.... parking that crane outside my house wasn't funny

Keith - you did brilliantly once, you will manage to lose that weight again and your encouragement keeps us on the straight and narrow.

Loving your cruise report.

I know the feeling , RB! Why the heck did I buy more ice cream/lollies today ?

Still, I think this thread will run for a good while so still time to get a grip.
