Cannot say that I agreed with his politics but definitely a "larger than life" politician.

I remember, many years ago, him being on TV and my old gran creaked her way out of her chair, waddled across to the TV and tapped on the glass and pronounced "he's a trouble maker".

He was certainly a divisive character but, for the moment at least, we should remember his grieving family.
