The Internet is not always the cheapest

We are looking to purchase brass furniture for a new front door being fitted. The lowest price was quoted over the phone by our local builders merchant (CW Berry at Leyland) Internet prices were up to 30% dearer plus p&p

Agree with you - often get quotes online for insurance etc with so say huge discounts. However, when you ring direct they always seem to quote you cheaper.
