I hope she makes a speedy recovery, although It could have been allot worse, it could have been Aliona!

Caroline over marked, and Frankie under marked again! I felt sorry for Jake's partner, Len didn't have to be so bluntly critical of her choreography. I wonder if he will go out tonight. Mark is very popular, and Simon is amazing considering he has been in the dance off so many times.

Sorry to read of Ola's accident. Very bad luck, perhaps James will shut up for a while.

I think it's about time Strictly dumped all these celebs and let Jo public have a go. I'd be on it like a shot, great fun. I wouldn't even mind roughing it with Aliona

Nothing personal Stephen but I think I'd stop watching if they dumped Frankie, Caroline and Pixie and replaced them with you!

Now boys! Behave!

Not long before we will know who is in the Final. I think Jake will go. In fact I will be disappointed if he doesn't!!

No more news of Ola... I wonder how she is?

We are off to Bournemouth to celebrate our 52nd Wedding Anniversary which is on Wednesday!!!!!

For a moment there I thought I was going to be disappointed! As good as Jake is, especially as he started as a complete novice, he wasn't quite good enough for the final. Well done though.

We think Jake's time had come. Unlike most years where there is a clear favourite the last four are all excellent and anyone could win on the night. Jake was also great but I think he had peaked. He reached his present standard quite quickly (amazing for someone who'd not danced before) but then plateaued while others overtook.

Frankie under marked again! That Argentine Tango was worth four tens, quite the hottest dance we have seen so far this year.

Well who would have thought it, someone with a qualification in the performing arts wins Strictly. She was good though, but I think Simon's Argentine Tango was the best dance of the final.

Caroline was the best dancer. Simon had made the greatest progress throughout the process.

Saturday nights will now revert to being the most boring TV evenings.

I agree Caroline was the best closely followed by Frankie. However both of these had had experience of dance before going on Strictly whereas Simon and Mark were virtual beginners. What a pity BBC don't choose celebrities with no dance experience. Whilst Simon was not as good as the others he was probably the one who had made most progress.
And what a very humble character he seemed.
Didn't Frankie look lovely in her show dance - looks lovely anyway but what a lovely dress (even as a bloke I noticed!!!)
I'll miss my fix of Strictly - no more Ola, no more Aliona.......................

I'm araid I have NEVER been able to warm to Caroline, whichever programmes she has been on. She did dance well last night, but personally I think Simon's Argentine Tango stole the show - and I do agree Frankie both looked and was sublime in her Show Dance.

I think the winner Caroline was the right choice although my favourite was Frankie.

Saturday wont be the same without Strictly . Really love the show and this year the contestants all seemed to genuinely get on together and showed good sportsman ship when voted off.

I think any one of the three would have been a worthy winner. My personal favourite was Frankie, but Caroline's performance on the night was outstanding and she deserved to win.

Considering how many marrige breakups this program has produced perhaps they should consider renaming it....'Deceitfully unfaithful' :?:

The best show dance, with elements of many previous dances was certainly Simon's. Caroline and Frankie's show dance consisted of just one dance.

The most popular kid in school won...anyone who thinks it is about dancing needs to look at some of the past "champions" it is a money maker for the Beeb and is a popularity contest
the judging was blatantly biased as well, the "highlight" was good old Goodman throwing pixie and her gobby brat of a partner out on her ear
