Hi All

Many thanks for your birthday wishes, luckily I had a lovely pre birthday weekend , as my elderly mum had an operation this week and my son and now my husband have both gone down with this nasty viral I fection.

I am being quite naughty today and leaving them all and going out for a belated birthday lunch with the girls.

You get out and enjoy yourself Lindsey - Mandy had the same lurgy last weekend I think and waiting on her hand and foot just meant that I caught it too (although, obviously, the man version in much, much worse!)
