having done the cab trip from JFK to our digs just of 5th Avenue,it was a set rate of $35 and they do expect a tip on top, normally 20%, so an extra$7

having given some thought to the matter, I think we are doing the right thing, tips are prepaid as is the drinks package, so Cabin steward and room service tips only

and you cheeky blue imp, only if I get lots of good towel animals
