The miserable oik can't even be bothered to thank us. That's gratitude for you.
Probably too busy whooping it up on the two cases of wine I sent him. I did keep a bottle back though, as you can see

Re: Happy Birthday Delboy
Afternoon all, from this miserable oik
was peed off because I did not get that card from HM that DTM promised, then realised you have to have reached a century to receive one, I have only reached three quarters of century.
I did hear they had a 41 gun salute in London, then found out that was for HM who became Queen on my 12th birthday
But thanks everybody for your kind wishes much appreciated, did not do a lot yesterday as all the family were working and the grandchildren were at school. They all came round in the evening, Mrs Delboy had laid on a buffet, so I could enjoy Stephens wine without risk of DD. Surprised what you can get in Aldi's these days
Tonight we are all going out for a meal together and I am being driven, so again no risk of DD. As it's also our 50th wedding anniversary, sons 45th birthday, his wife's birthday all on the same day end of next month, Mrs Delboys 70th birthday later in the year, so we will probably wait and do something later in year to celebrate all of them together
