Bozza, one is awarded a golden sticker if one wins a quiz or, like my good self, deck quoits. They can then be redeemed at the end of the cruise for a splendid bit of P & O tat

It's the prize system they introduced on board a year or so ago. Each time you win a quiz or something equally stimulating like shuffleboard, you get a gold sticker in your "prize passport" and you cash them in for prizes at the end of the cruise. It's a P&O pen and keyring set at the bottom end of the scale going up to a digital radio - I think you need 18 or 20 for that.

Yip, got it now - I've seen this thing about activities, and was even going to have a go - but it would have been a putting or chipping thing, and in conditions were weren't precisely flat calm I really couldn't see the point - so I didn't.

Nonetheless, it's nice to know that people enjoy themselves and are duly rewarded into the bargain.
