Children

Unread post by Onelife »

I've been wondering this past few days why my samsung tablet was taking so long to charge, so much so that l thought l might need a new charger or worse still a new battery. Anyway, before looking at my options of replacement l thought l would run it past my daughter first.....'don't worry dad, it's not your charger' its mine, the one l replaced for yours because mine wasn't powerful enough.

As much as we love them they can be sooo frustrating.

Just thought l would share that one with you as l've calmed down now :)

That's girls for you. Should've had a lad. He would have kept quiet and said nowt and you would not have suffered that stress. Much more thoughtful.

I thought the term "frustrating" was very mild in the circumstances. You are right about the girls, a very devious lot.

Indeed Frank....knowing how to wrap their dads round their little finger seems to be an inherited gene.

My daughter bought me 3 pairs of socks for christmas which l haven't seen since....the cheeky monkey had the gall to say they were of a style that suited younger people.....what was more disconcerting was that she said it with a straight face

Regards

Keith

Our eldest daughter bought Tony a book as part if his Christmas present - because she wanted to read it! She "borrowed" it, and we haven't seen it since!
