Barbara, my two year old grandson, has morphed into a dog called James.
He wants his food put in a bowl on the floor..
Talks with a woof accent and growls now instead of tantrums..

Should I take him out on a lead or try putting him in his buggy

He is trained....occasion accidents on the floor...but he is still a puppy really.
I would just like to train him properly so he grows up to be a well behaved dog.

Well Suespud, that's an easy one. Get little James a lead and let him carry on as he is. When my son was a small child I tried an experiment - I locked him and our puppy in the cupboard under the stairs for an hour, when I let them out the puppy was ecstatic to see me whereas my son had a face on him like a wet weekend in Whitby. Dogs are sooo much more reasonable don't you think?

Well little James the dog does lick his bowl clean....so saves on the washing up.
Cleans himself as well of course

, so not so many baths at weeknds when he stays...
And I can lock him in the shed .....

Hmmmmm I hope his mam doesnt mind me encouraging him to stay as James instead of Ramsay.

Much easier.....
