Interesting Usernames
I just happened to notice one of our members username (4lisab4thD) and thought what a clever use of letters for a username.
Just wondering if there is any interesting reason why you choose your username?
I think 'Onelife' is self explanatory but there are some pretty unusual ones out there...anyone prepared to tell us the origins of them?
Regards

Re: Ineresting Usernames
Mine was intended to be an amusing cruising term, honest, albeit with a twist ...
Umpteen P&O sites ago I signed up on behalf of myself plus Mobietta and so the unisex name of ' Ma Noverboard ' was born but Mobietta decided not to bother posting and the name was causing boy / girl type confusion to one or two of the members at that time so I had it changed to ' Manoverboard '.
Not as interesting as the origin of ' Stephen ' I grant you but tell us, ' Onelife ', how do you know with absolute certainty that you won't live a second life ?

Re: Ineresting Usernames
Funnily enough I've been thinking of changing mine. When I joined the old P&O forum it was the first forum I'd ever joined and when I was asked for a username I didn't realise that would be my name on the forum
I kept it for David's forum so that everyone would know who I was but I don't like it, it's so boring. I look at other people's names and think now why didn't I think of something clever like that. I considered asking for suggestions but decided against that (too many comedians on here
) So maybe I'll try and come up with a better name and change it at some point.

Mine was after a pirate teddy that I bought on Artemis, whilst I could get the photo of it on the old P & O forum I can't shrink it enough for this one.

Shiney was the nickname given to administrators in the RAF. My hair started turning silver in my mid-20s.

Meg - cos it's the only contraction of Margaret I'll countenance.
50 cos that's how old I was when I first had an email
and a space which isn't needed on other forums but this one needed an extra character in the username!
and the avatar is Meg and Mog

Mine is not interesting at all: wolfhound on the old P&O forum, now condensed to wolfie as our dear wolfhound died so needed a similar name but not exactly the same; that would have been upsetting, as only dog lovers will know.
I am Diva on CD and avid on CM for those who frequent those sites. Seems that fancying a change of username is a no no for some but hey, many on here know me from years back, so frankly, I don't give a d**n!
