Well done the Gunners.
Jack Wilshere? .................. What a plonker!!! I doubt he will get much of a reception at White Hart Lane next year. :lolno:

How long till the new season? I'm getting withdrawal symptoms.

I wonder if Watford still have the same manager. It must be time for a new one.

Possibly so ... :sarcasm:

Before his announcement the word on the block was that they may appoint the son of Alfredo Di Stéfano

ps ... the last one, whatshisname, has signed with ' Macabre (ish) ', Tel Aviv, but probably NOT for £2.5 mill.

Huddersfield travel to relegated Hull on the first match of the season. It's always a bit spicy, with Steve Bruce being an ex-manager of ours.

Looking at the whole fixture list, it would appear that I will only miss possibly 1 home game due to holidays etc (it's usually more like 4 or 5). :D Unfortunately, that 1 game is the last match of the season! :(

Looking forward to being dazzled by Mob's lot's new shirts on 7th November!!! They're a bit on the bright side.

We've a much easier start to the season than last year but finish off with 2 away matches in the last 3 of the season against Manu and Chelski. Hopefully before then we will be safe from relegation worries.

Be glad when the new season starts. Fed up with twiddling my thumbs on a Saturday afternoon.............

Perhaps it will be best for us Hornets to book a cruise over the Christmas & New Year period ...

Sat Dec 19 - Liverpool (H)

Sat Dec 26 - Chelsea (A)

Mon Dec 28 Tottenham Hotspur (H)

Sat Jan 2 Manchester City (H)

: GULP :

ps ... oh yes, we will dazzle those Foxes for sure. Miss Nugent won't know if she's on her a*se or her elbow

The fixture fairy has been quite kind to us with our first two home games being Sheffield Utd & Wigan

Being 1 & 2 bookies favourites to win the league, these games will show how far we have to go to do ok this season.

Final game is home to MILLWALL

So he should. This three were on an end of season jolly paid for by our Thai owners. What kind of muppets have the arrogance to film their sex romps, make racist comments about their hosts and then share the evidence with others?
And now we have a full back about as much use as a chocolate fireguard who was discovered trying to strangle his ex-partner and has been given 300 hours community service.
I'm afraid I have no time for these characters and have no desire ever to see them in a Foxes shirt again. I often feel it is far too easy for them to sign up to a lucrative contract and then suddenly 'lose form'. Had I 'lost form' in my job (just like anybody else) I would quickly have been out on my ear.

Gosh, a bit of a surprise is that, perhaps the Thai Guys think that he cannot pull off the same escape trick twice ?

Gary Lineker ( also seemingly surprised ) said, it is reported ;

" WTF! Could you kindly reinstate him like the last time you fired him? "

Anyhowz, we had 5 of those in 12 months so time a-plenty to sack a few more.

As an aside ... could it be the Mr Pearson (snr) has paid the ultimate price for the antics of Mr Pearson (jnr) ?

Good luck, albeit not against the Hornets of course.

Japan 2 England 1

I just wanted to give Laura Bassett a big hug after conceding an own goal in the last few seconds of the match...the poor girl wax devastated as l'm sure were hef team mates and the thousands back home who stayed up to watch what was a brilliant performance by the England squad.....by far the better team on the night which makes going out on a freak own goal so much harder to swallow.

You did us proud girls....chins up!

Such a shame when they played so well and came so close to winning it. They lost to a freak own goal but what an achievement to get so far. We now play Germany for 3rd place. Please don't let it go to penalties!!!! (Having said that our lass tucked her penalty away nicely didn't she?)
