We're in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, at the moment where it's a very pleasant low 20s with a refreshing gentle breeze. Lovely.

Hi Merv....My wife asked me to choose between my choice which was a cruise and her choice which was a cottage down in Cornwall...we are heading down to Cornwall tomorrow..Squeak! Squeak!

Lizard Peninsular....we've done most of Cornwall over the years but not this area so we're looking forward to seeing what it has to offer. We're having a sleepover at that place made famous for its smugglers, pirates and 'rouges'... sounds just up my street .

St Ives in Cornwall one of our favourite places, we were there in May this year, our son & his wife are there in August, our daughter and her 3 children in October and we have booked today to return in October and join our daughter. As a family we have been visiting this part of the country regularly for nearly forty years, Oct will be our 7th visit in the last 11 years.

Not many places better than this Porthcurno, Cornwall.
