Re: Posting Photos
Hi Melsea.
This should help. It will probably be easier to follow if you click on each diagram to enlarge and print off.
You will most probably need to resize your photo before it will allow you to post it. A pixel width of 550 normally does the trick using what ever resizing software you might have.

Re: Posting Photos
I'm going to give it a try sometime but I still think I'll have to get help from my son or husband. Like melsea I would have liked to put some photos in my cruise report.

Re: Posting Photos
Only re-size a copy of the pic, never the original ... is my advice.

Free Picture Resizer is quick and easy to use. I do mine at 300 and haven't had any problems (or complaints) so far.

Re: Posting Photos
I have my photos on a photo sharing site, I just grab the bb code and enclose it between these brackets the first set at the front of bb code,
the second set of brackets at the end. .
Took me approx a minute to upload this photo of Ryndam leaving Harwich Saturday night, should have left at 4pm but left at 6:10pm. I did not need to resize this photo just grabbed the bb code for the medium size.

Recently did a ships visit on the Ryndam at Harwich just click on this link to view.

It was a lovely lunch, menu can be seen on my photos link. It was a leisurely self guided tour and nobody was rushing to get you off at the end of the visit. Personally I would miss the talk and slideshow after lunch and spend that time on deck or touring the ship.
Although we liked the ship, it has been sold to P&O Australia and will go into dry dock in October where the interior is to get a major refurbishment prior to sailing from Australia.
There will be no HAL ships sailing from Harwich next year.

I load mine by using 'full editor' / attachments / add files/ upload from 'my pictures'/ then click the cursor where I want them and 'place inline'

True, just got to drive a long way instead!!
However: HAL - free; P&O - £25; MSC - £25; Cunard - £50. All for the same thing!!

Only an hour and quarter travelling for us. But even if it were Southampton we would probably still travel, and might even make a weekend break of it.
