I tend to panic over things so I can understand how you must be feeling. I hope it all goes well (I'm sure it will) and you all have a lovely day.

Feeling surprisingly calm again now. It was a productive day at the venue and everything looks wonderful. Just a few things to do this evening and first thing tomorrow, then the big event.

Just go with the flow Gill, we have just had two weddings in the last three months, our sons in Cyprus over Easter and our daughters last week in Nottingham.
Stephen has the best idea "Drink Wine And Carry On", seriously though have a great day and give our best wishes to the newly weds.

I think Gill has either emigrated or is taking a bit of a breather after a hectic day. Hope it all turned out well.

Re: Calm me down - pleeeaassseeeee!
Sorry everyone, only just had time to come on here. It was a WONDERFUL day and exactly what they wanted, relaxed and informal yet everything done as it should be. The caterers were amazing, the weather was glorious - sunny and warm but not scorching. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and the Bedouin tent was a great hit.
Catherine looked lovely and Ross, despite being 6'5" and a BIG man, shed several tears when he saw her walk into the room. It sounds a cliche, but they looked so in love - I shed more than several myself!!!
I would be happy to post a couple of pictures, but cannot for the life of me, fathom it out I'm afraid - I have tried
There are some in my FB page though.
