To lock or not to lock that is the question??
Haven't been on here for a few days and my notification was a bit full, so there I was clicking onto various topics that have gone by, with some I had posted on, but hey, some have been locked??? Can anyone enlighten me please...

there were some problems with a troll over the weekend - presumably the locked topics were some of those on which he posted

I wondered as there were hints on other topics of something amiss but I didn't realise this would impede some of the topics.
Thank you for that.

Meg is spot on.
' When the Bell Tolls ' or should it be ' When the Troll calls ' there is usually a need to ' lock ' else ' delete ' a number of posts and / or Topics. Unfortunately a number of the innocent posters ( you in this instance ) will experience a degree of inconvenience as a consequence.
Sorry about that.

No worries, wasn't sure if it was a computer glinch or something more sinister to worry about, like a fake website taking it over!!!

Definitely more sinister, but the Modplods were all over it without fear for their personal safety...
