Photos are easy on here, already have an album assigned to your profile name - then can create a sub album easily, have just done some myself.

Only snag is, I uploaded some of mine on Friday but they have evaporated into the ether since we moved host. Bu99er !

Can I ask how you all managed to post such large images, please?

It took about 5 attempts to upload mine as it kept saying that the image was too large and had to be less than 200 x 200 pixels. So that is the size of the one I posted of Azura and it looks way too small.

btw I transferred the image across from my photobucket account using the IMG code at the bottom of the photo.

I load mine by using 'full editor' / attachments / add files/ upload from 'my pictures'/ then click the cursor where I want them and 'place inline'

I'd love to post more photos but there is a restriction on size and it would mean resizing most of my albums.

Our genial host reported a problem a while back with space on the website and shortly afterwards the members' galleries disappeared.

If we start embedding loads of piccies in our postings, won't we eventually run into the same space problem?

Richard - when I wanted to upload a photo, I'd copy it to a temporary folder and resize it. Might that work for you, rather than resizing everything?

Yes, I could resize individually but it really is a pain opening and closing programmes when the occasion arises. Particularly when I have them all ready in Flickr.
