I made myself a snowball
As perfect as could be.
I thought I'd keep it as a pet
And let it sleep with me.
I made it some pyjamas
And a pillow for its head.
Then last night it ran away,
But first it wet the bed.

I fear there's been a bit of a cull. The ModPlods must have taken exception to our off-topic excursionsSilver_Shiney wrote:what happened to the posting about "maca who?" and my reply about the well-known Liverpudlian bass player?

Careful Cubie, you're drifting again. Anyway, novelty over, I've seen the various Christmas ads and am thoroughly bored with them now. Goodness knows what they cost to produce but they won't influence our Christmas spending or where we do it in any way, so it's wasted on us. Mince pie anyone?

You're obviously posher than us with trees plural.
Our solitary specimen will go up a couple of weeks before Christmas and no doubt our new puppy, Coco, will have the baubles off the day after.

Its just somethings lots of people do up here in the North East.
Go see Fenwicks window, then Santa, then go for lunch.
