My flight home is not until the 2 January so we will be in Barbados on the same day - see you in the barqbman1 wrote:Arcadia. I think we're going the other way round - we are in Antigua on 28/12 and you are there on the 29th, Tortola on 29/12 and you are there on 27th then St Maarten on 20/12 and you on 28th. We are both in Barbados on New Years Day but I suppose that is your disembarkation day. Enjoy it anyway

There's a beach-type bar right outside the dock gate. I'll have a Red Stripe

So pleased you enjoyed your visit to Chatsworth OBF. Had we have known, a couple of us from here could have met you for a drink - then again, that's probably why you kept it quiet

We love Chatsworth and did Christmas there a couple of years back. Never tire of visiting and I was privileged to meet and chat to the late Dowager Duchess a few years ago. A lovely lady.

You're not alone, though, Spuddy - I counted three gardens lit up like Blackpool sea front on my way home yesterday !

Enjoy your day(s) decorating the house. I was going to do ours on Tuesday, but it is actually more convenient to do it on Sunday, so that is when I plan to do it.suespud wrote:House is all prepared....trees getting put up tomorrow![]()

I wonder which company will be the first to produce an 'improved' advent calendar - with an extra week added!

Now you're just being silly. Who, in their right mind, wants Christmas to start before June ??!
