They are not the only ones. We took Scottish Power to Ofgem to get our problems sorted out

The gas companies always say that wholesale prices are linked to oil prices. We can expect a huge reduction in our bills.

When wholesale prices fall they say they can't cut bills because they buy supplies in advance. Seems to me now is the time for them to buy enough in advance for the next twenty years.
