Ripley Castle
Good Day All,
I wonder if one of you can tell me a little about The Boars Head, Ripley. We are going to a wedding at Ripley Castle and have booked two nights in The Boars Head. Does anyone know from first hand experience what the food is like as we seem to be taking over the Hotel for the 2 nights, but only having 1 meal there.
Thanks a lot and I'm very pleased to be able to join the forum again, while we were on a cruise I missed reading all the posts.

Re: Ripley Castle
The Boar's Head has always had a very good reputation for quality food and service. It used to be rather expensive but I believe they have a Bistro now as well as the main resturant. Ripley is about 15 mins north of Harrogate where there is a multitude of good restaurants
