Just having some cornflakes. Roads look damp but no rain forecast so will embark on my 1st ride this year. Hope to do about 40 miles.

I'm just off out to the chemist to get some Brolene as l have woken up with conjunctivitis....hopfully I'll then be able to see the numbers on the lottery ticket l've just found.

Disaster at 21 miles legs went...don't know why luckily I had a quick way back so only did 31 miles...disappointed.

Think I'll go for duck for dinner tonight. Everyting else home grown - roast Charlotte 'taters, braised red cabbage, roast butternut squash and runner beans (frozen)

Wife phoned this morning to say she'd clipped another cars wing mirror and broke the glass on ours on her way to work. Driving too close. That'll cost her
