Blood pressure down a bit today but still high. Nursey said it was probably white coat syndrome.

I don't even own a white coat though

Watched the Chase this afternoon and was really pleased for the lady who won her share of 42k =14k as she can now visit her son who she hasn't seen for 5 years as he lives in Australia...she said.. 'l can Skype him but what l really want is to be able to hug him'...Ahh
