Thank you, Stephen.

My son brought round a plant and a big box of chocolates on Friday night before flying abroad on Saturday.

Unfortunately, greed overcame my husband and me and we scoffed half of them Friday night and finished the rest on Saturday night. At least I still have the plant to look at today.

Thank you - it's been a wonderful day. I was given a lovely book about Singapore and an orchid, all to inspire me ready for our visit there.

Daughter, Son in law and Granddaughter took us our for lunch and it's just been very quiet and lovely.

Hope everyone else has a day as lovely as ours.

Received flowers and gifts from both son and daughter over the weekend so am very lucky.

Actually surprised that either of them remembered. We don't make a big thing of mothers or father's day.
