Starting every sentence with "well, I mean" is guaranteed to make my hackles rise

'With respect' often means something different & annoys me because it is insincere.

I find myself correcting the announcers on the radio - even on Radio 4 they make errors, many of which have been mentioned. For example, my bugbears are - different to, less instead of fewer when referring to people, and the number of times you hear 'very unique' or 'almost unique' - for goodness sake it's either unique or it isn't! When teaching around the Portsmouth area I thought it was just in the south that you heard 'should of', 'could of', 'would of' but it seems nation wide now. I used to write 'should have' and show the youngsters how it can be abbreviated, 'should've' but it didn't seem to help their speech, I still heard 'should of' etc.

As someone has already said, don't get me started on apostrophes! Didn't any greengrocers go to school?

They are idiot's when they put apostrophe's in the wrong place's. I also once saw "By one, get one free". And that was on a proper printed sign.

The nonsense 'to pre order' was mentioned in a newspaper today.
