Our Waitrose doesn't appear to have anyone policing who helps themselves to free coffee. Mind you I only go in to check their whisky prices.qbman1 wrote:Coffee Time ! Of to see Mr Waitrose for my daily freebie.

Our allotment has more animals than London Zoo ! After fencing out the rabbits, we had pheasants nicking the young shoots. The compost bins are full of rats and I'm just waiting for the attack of the killer slug ! Now, I've planted some peas in plugs in the greenhouse and the mice have dug out the lot ! Looks like being snow and frost at the weekend.

Ours doesn't either. I suppose that technically they could challenge you at the door and ask to see your receipt but there is no one at the machines and I see a lot of people filling up their "reusable" mugs. Mind you, there is one cashier there who never puts the coffee through the till but hands out the cup so you can still go back and get another one legitimately later.Mervyn and Trish wrote:Our Waitrose doesn't appear to have anyone policing who helps themselves to free coffee.
