Okay here it is for the hooligans among us who can't resist going off topic. On the Official Off Topic Thread, where the only sin is to stay on topic, the rules are simple. Yes I was a little tongue in cheek when I started when we were being birched daily by the Modplods for mucking up other threads. Since then we have all relentlessly breached all those rules. But we have avoided the birch
