Authenication email?

Unread post by Foxy111 »

Hey guys,

Have been checking for last couple of hours since I tried to join for authentication email but have received nothing. Maybe me? Have checked spam too ...

Tried to log in on the off chance and 'Ta Dah,' I'm in! Maybe a little hiccup somewhere?

Good luck with the new forum and a Happy New Year, cruising or otherwise, to all of you (enter kissing or high five emoticon, whichever takes your fancy ;) )

Sx

Welcome aboard Foxy111. Don't worry about the typo - what's a t and an f and another i amongst friends? :)

I never got an email - just entered my login details and away I went.
I was taught to be cautious

 don't worry about it Foxy111, been told there's supposed to be an edit button (for 15 mins after posting) but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment!

Lovely to meet you too :D

One of the problems with emails from a forum is that some mail servers treat them as spam and so they get blocked on that server. When this happens there is very little that can be done about it unfortunately.

I do know for a fact that they are sent out but certainly at them momemnt I am manually adding new members - just in case they do not get the emails.
