Not yet. Still here sitting in the sun in the hotel grounds. Might go on a river trip later after a beer or two at the black swan/ dirty duck :thumbup:

That used to belong to the parents of the actor Simon Shepherd. He grew up there.

Just had a long chat with a nice lady from P&O about my 4 page missive following the fracas with the disruption we suffered due to "essential maintenance" on Aurora. They accept that it was a "communication issue" on board and engineering failed to notify the other departments so the passengers could have been forewarned. They say they have the Fleet Director on the case and he is giving the senior management team on board a bollocking (whether that actually happens is another matter!) to ensure that Merv and Stephen don't suffer the same fate.
