Dave has already said that he'll leave the pleasure of invoking article 50 to his successor, and I can't say I blame him really, as he didn't want to leave the EU in the first place.
It's been announced that the new PM will be in place by the start of September. No doubt the new PM will need to get their feet under the table before they start invoking anything, and if it's Boris, he's said there's no rush anyway!
It could be years before anything happens, if it ever does. I reckon with all the back pedalling going on, they'll try and politick themselves out of the mess instead of actually leaving the EU
