I think that this topic has gone about as far as it can go.

I will leave it open for another few hours for any final comments but then I will be locking it.

I may be over-thinking this but, whilst I don't agree with DK's often-voiced opinion that the forum is "dying on its feet", I do think that it would be wrong to lock one of the few current affairs threads that is still attracting considerable interest and comment. If we cannot voice thoughts on this topic, what are we to be allowed to discuss ?

Probably right that a discussion on the outcome of the referendum is passe but I agree with SS and OL that a new thread on the merits, or otherwise, of the vote to leave is valid for further comment.
