I thought food was supposed to be cheaper when shopping at Iceland - but Hart didn't save a thing !

Apart from whisky exports, what does Scotland have to offer the world? Okay, they've got oil in what would probably become their territorial waters, but I'm told it's cheaper to import oil than to drill it out from the North Sea.
