If Mishcon de Reya's action, to ensure that Article 50 can only be triggered after legislation is passed, is successful and such legislation is not passed, where does that leave us? Will the EU just say "business as usual" where Britain is concerned?

And guess what, any appeal is based on EU legislation passed in 1992. Once in they do their best to make sure you are locked in.

The EU is a sinking ship, probably sooner rather than later. I feel it's better we get off before it drags us down with it.

At least with Brexit we will be spared the embarrassment of voting for somebody we have never heard of and will never hear of again and the knowledge that the taxes of the lower paid man in the street will not be going to subsidise the lavish lifestyle of the fat cats in Brussels and Strasburg.

Got to admire Nige, despite resigning from UKIP he is continuing with his commitment to the EU Parliament, and I don't want anyone telling me that his £6400 a month wage packet influenced him in any way at all .

Love him, tolerate him or loath him Nigel Farage stood by his principles and the unequivocal truth is that without this man we would still be looking at another 40 + years of EU rule.

We've got our country back now let's make it 'great' again.
