"Leap Second" to be added to 2016

It's been announced that an extra second will be added at the end of 31st December 2016 to compensate for the earth's rotation.

What will you do with your extra second ?

Assuming this leap second is added overnight then I for one will not be aware of its passing, just an extra long snore that's all.
