Moby recently protestated that Celebrity's on line booking management system was a shambles, presumably compared to P&O, well I have news for him P&O's cruise personaliser sucks, well it does today anyway. I am trying to complete my son's family's data for our August cruise and the system just will not load the info, all I get is that annoying spinning wheel, Grrrrr.

After a couple of exchanges of e-mails on this problem with P&O in which I advised them that the Firefox browser worked but Chrome, MS Edge and MS IE still didn't, I received a nice response this morning thanking me for the info. which they hope will be useful to their IT dept.
However their IT dept. are still having problems resolving these ongoing issues which for any users who only use one of the duff browsers must be creating problems, although I have not seen any posts from anyone else with this problem.
