Flower Cards

Unread post by Sealion »

These are minature flower arrangments in an oasis container enclosed within a printed card with a message of your choice. They are actually very pretty and the flowers last about 10 days if watered.
I tried to order one online today for Mother's Day using an offer code to give me £2 discount as advertised by the company in yesterdays Daily Telegraph magazine.
The offer code came up as invalid and i queued for 10 mins on the phone to be told that they had not updated their computer with the special code. They eventually gave me another code and I reluctantly went back online and placed the order.
It has probably cost me more than £2 in the long run and an email making an offical complaint has bounced with the message "mail quota exceeded".
I usually take revenge over poor customer service by not shopping with the offenders again.
Perhaps I should calm down but I become so annoyed with such basic errors that cost me time and hassle.
Well that's off my chest now anyway!

Your angst is well understood, Sealion.

I've never been let down by bunches.co.uk but sod's law will dictate that this is the company that's caused you the grief!
