You've had a thing about peasants ever since your week in a mini-suite

Gawd help us when the Smurfmeister gets back from his full-blown suite and butler

I know, it's going to be hell.
He'll be getting ideas way above his station and start bringing in a forum subscription charge next. And you'll only get allowed in after you passed the five stage interrogation interview and coughed up a five year advance fee.

As Blod has pointed out our off topic discussion, I thought I would switch it to a more appropriate thread.
Answering your last comment Merv I specifically highlighted the peak times when traffic is predominantly one way, so getting into an empty lift going the wrong way will not deny other users a lift, all it does is get the culprits to their destination perhaps, but by no means certain, a little sooner and most assuredly in a better frame of mind than constantly watching lift doors open to reveal another overfull lift.
This crime is in my opinion well below the selfish one of leaving towels on an unused sunbed, and would not be necessary if the lifts were fit for purpose.

I will just assume you have now accepted all my arguments and totally agree with me on everything then. 8-)

I had that problem when I used to play cricket !

Oh, you mean THAT bat !

Yes, whilst I didn't always agree with his views, he certainly engineered some interesting discussions - and it was fun winding him up

It reckons I'm a Cunard kind of chap so it is not too far off the mark !

I dodged that bullet! The excursions question was rubbish though. "Get off and wander to find cheap tat to take home" wasn't listed. And on the entertainment question "watch the Headliners and a comedian you've never heard of telling jokes you have" was missing too.
