Shouldn't take long. As long as they know how to use the internet, they're in, sure :sarcasm:

This morning Mobietta discovered a hedgehog under a pile of leaves against a fence at the bottom of our garden ... question is; does one wrap them in foil prior to roasting or are they better done in the casserole ?

Does anybody know ?

Or roll them up round a nice herby stuffing, coat in breadcrumbs and deep fry. With melons.

Should be getting some rain today.....at last. I'm amazed we haven't had a hose pipe ban this year as we've had so little rain. Our grass, loosely termed, is more like straw.

You could always emigrate to the verdant north Stephen, where you can enjoy luscious green lawns all summer that require cutting twice a week. ;)

Same here John - still cutting mine (when it dries out enough). My lawns have never looked so good

They are all being power washed back to the original state and then converted into posh apartments.

"And was Jerusalem builded here, among these power washed posh apartments" just doesn't have the same ring to it

He might be satanic but he's right about the dampness. Been pretty damp in the south northlands this summer too.

Had a drop of rain, not enough to make any difference. Oh well, back to the drought and sunshine.

It's beginning to look like it here. Currently just over 21deg and blue sky at the moment.

I'm impressed with this BUPA malarkey. We have recently been given membership as a company benefit. Mrs C has a GP referral for an outpatient appointment and the earliest the NHS could see her is April 2017. One call to BUPA and they gave me the number of a senior consultant at a local private hospital who booked us in next Wednesday.

I know I will sound like Jeremy Corbyn now, but it is all wrong that you can get such special service only if you (or your company) can pay !

Money talks Cubie, and it always has.
Mind you our grandparents would never have thought to raise this question.
