It has been depressingly quiet on here for the past few days or even weeks, we desperately something to compensate for Brexit having lost its Umphhh.

Well I could give you all the gory details of how I spent yesterday having an injection into my knee - though maybe not! Maybe with Christmas coming there will be more posts about the forthcoming jollity - there's not a Christmas outing is there?

We were cruising along the Kennet & Avon canal from Bradford-on-Avon towards Bath where we spent a few days at the Abbey Hotel in that delightful City.
