I thought The Donald was largely statesman-like in his address at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, with just a couple of rough edges showing.

You've got to hand it to him, though, he said there were a load of things he was going to do and he's getting on with it. Is many times in the past have we heard electoral promises from politicians that never get fulfilled?

I didn't realise he was stopping immigration altogether, only the undesirable immigrants none of us need or want........................or perhaps I have it all wrong and the snowflakes in their thousands have it right. Hmmmm!!! At least it's got the Socialist Workers, anarchists and lefty luvvies from stage and screen out of their beds and into a bit of fresh air.

Clumsy and undiplomatic though he is he does what he said he was going to do. I cannot believe all the hypocrisy we are seeing at the moment. Talk about double standards, and those who are doing it are more guilty than Trump. At least with him you know where you stand but with the likes of Corbyn, Thornberry and Abbott they literally speak with forked tongues.

They march and protest over a temporary ban of countries drawn up by the CIA and the Obama administration yet we hear this morning that Assad has executed 13,000 of his own citizens. Will there be similar protests? Am I cynical or what over the hypocrisy of these people? Give me strength!!!! I need a cruise!!

The level of hypocrisy is outstanding.

Last week the EU agreed to give Libya 200 million euros to help stem the flow of mainly Muslim migrants to Europe.
This is 200 million to a country that doesn't have a government ?? You can guess how that will work out.
They also advocated certain eastern countries putting up fences to keep the flow or (mainly Muslim) migrants a bay on the external border.
That is all agreed at EU level.

I seriously worry for the Snowflake Generation and seriously wonder how we managed to cope with life.

Imagine the Bay of Pigs conflict with this Facebook generation ?
They would be in meltdown.

I think we can all agree that Trump is a bit of a Muppet, but this hysterical over reaction to everything is becoming un-nerving.

Pretty immature tactics by the SNP. That doesn't happen in their own Parliament.

Apparently when they came down to Westminster they tried to take over Dennis Skinner's seat where he has sat for the past 30 years. I would imagine they would get very short shrift and good on him. Go tell 'em Dennis.

I didn't realise he is 84 and whilst I don't agree with him I do admire his commitment. When we were down in the Houses of Parliament he passed by and what a polite and friendly guy he was. Nothing like his parliamentary persona.

The Labour party and Tiny Tim needs them. The opposition benches would look a bit stark without them. At least Caroline Lucas and that Plaid Cymru woman would be able to spread out a bit more.
Skinner suggests they are following orders from their leader to be as disruptive as possible. I reckon he may be right. I found their singing of Ode to Joy pretty pathetic and indeed childish from people who are meant to be serious politicians.

Anyone else getting fed up with left wing luvvies preaching to the rest of us about Trump, Brexit, the government or anything else they think we need brainwashing on. The latest is Ken Loach who spoke so passionately about our heartless government on the issue of immigration and was scathing about the rich and powerful. Excuse me Mr Loach, did you not look around the hall last night and recognise your jewel bedecked colleagues in their designer dresses enjoying a night out from their luxury villas, many of whom have moved offshore and don't pay a penny into the British economy. Or is it a case of 'I don't think they mean me'.
