Hi anniec
It was simply a case of the blind leading the blind.
"Knowledge" is a wonderful thing if used wisely.....sadly he lead us up the garden path on all three accounts.

Re: Current Affairs
It's all rather worrying because only 48% of the population knew what they were voting for (according to Bliar). Where have the other 52% been all their lives?
Thank goodness we have the 48% to keep us on the straight and narrow.

Re: Current Affairs
Considering some of the outrageous prophesies coming from the protagonists in the Remain camp UK is going to be totally isolated, devoid of any Europeans already here, our economy will collapse, financial institutions will depart etc etc...........................
Heard it all before? It seems odd to me that negotiations with the EU have not yet started, nothing has been decided yet these people know the outcome already. Now that's what I call clever!!!!
I wonder if they know the lottery numbers as well?

Pauline commented that we was wearing far too much make up as he made his demand for another referendum, and looked more orange than the Donald.

Couldn't organise a pi** up in a brewery. I just love the members of the Lords threatening to derail Brexit and saying we just respect the views of the minority who voted to remain.
Errrrm. What about respecting the views of the majority who voted to leave?

Re: Current Affairs
I see that Juncker is repeating his threat that the UK will have to pay a massive exit fee to leave the EU to help pay for earlier "commitments".
I do so hope that he has egg on his face once the final terms are agreed, if anything I dislike him more than Blair.

If the UK has made commitments to find something, I have no problem with honouring that. But if Junckers wants to charge us for leaving his corrupt little club, he can stuff his proposal where he'll need a mirror to see what he's doing

At least we can call a senior copper a "d1ck" and get away with it now (even if we can't post her name on here !!)

Now come on everybody. It's just like Brexit. The losing side only lost because the winning side lied. Such a rarity in politics
